Anthony Stice, vice president of dining and beverage operations on the new Rotterdam, talks with Alan Fine of Insider Travel Report about the 150th anniversary of the original Rotterdam crossing from the Netherlands to New York City. On the recent recreation of that crossing, Slice hosted Throwback Happy Hours, where the drinks were priced as they were 150 years ago at 25 and 50 cents.
