Loosing, lifting, loving - Clint Davison - 8/17/2025

This lesson explores the question “What does God require of us?” using the framework found in Isaiah 58:1-12 of religion that looks good vs faith that does good. The main points of the lesson include: (1) serving means freeing people from their bonds, (2) lifting burdens means to take off yokes, (3) sharing bread with the hungry means to welcome them into our lives, and (4) the result is transforming for both server and the one being served.  The lesson concludes with the encouragement to honor God by our faithful service.
