THE REAL CONFLICT FOR MANY OF US ARE THE VOICES FROM THE PAST: I had great parents… I don’t remember much of them ever speaking negative to me… only a few times that stick out. 

But I do remember a teacher, a girl my age at 16, a fat kid when I was in 6th grade…

 

 

a. Most conflict comes out of people who lose sight of what God has called us to do!

 

When you hear lies from your friends, parents, satan or your own head… this is what you tell them.

SHUT UP, SHUT THE FEAR UP! 

 

In and out burger – one focus – burgers and fries and shakes.

 

 

 

Jesus last words – go into all the world and make disciples – THIS IS THE FIRST AND FOREMOST PROMISE FOR US TO WORK ON.

 

 

 

c. let go of the past – It used to be like this, we used to do it this way, 

 

 

Kim and I were pulling into the garage and we had gotten Reese something and she said “ok lets not tell Reese not to say anything to Ryan I don’t want him to feel bad”  and I said No that’s not right and she said your right – that’s my past. 

 

NEW WALLS NEED NEW DESIGNS… need new ideas, new ways of doing things, a new timeline etc…

 

 

When building something new or something of faith- LET GO OF:

Past mistakes

Past habits

Past mindsets

 

 

When Nehemiah rebuilt the walls he did it in a new way – a way that they did not try in the past.

Build it Gods way and not the from the voices in your life or head!
