I think sometimes we fail to recognize the level of grief experienced on the journey.

Is it possible to go through infertility and not experience this depth of grief? What if it was? What if we could be aware of what's behind the grief and know it's not actually about whether we can get pregnant or not? What if we can connect to our innate resilience and well-being despite the circumstances of not being pregnant yet.

It is possible when we understand the nature of grief and emotions. When we realise our emotions are not caused by our infertility or childlessness even though it really does look and feel like it is.
