S2, E3 - Let‘s Try Scrum

After considering many collaboration tools and work processes, the development team decides to try Scrum as the framework for their work. They are excited about the flexibility and transparency of Scrum. Yet, this decision is just the beginning of other decisions that will need management and leadership support. How does the team prepare to pitch this new way of work to leadership?
