Paul, who is extremely down to earth, shares his amazing experiences - from the day he walked into McLaren F1 to winning championships and learning to speak the drivers "language". In the past, he's had chairs thrown at him (by a certain Spaniard) but with his calm and methodical approach, you can easily see how teams he has been a key part of have won not only races but world championships.
