Confessions of a Former Mean Girl
Religion & Spirituality:Spirituality
Do you always try to please everyone in your life? Do you find yourself doing this to avoid being perceived as a villain by the people around you?
You may have tried to please someone (or everyone) at some point in your life. And it may hurt you to know that you still end up as the villain in their stories. But in this episode, I talk about how you cannot avoid being a villain and why it’s still okay. I share the consequences of being a people-pleaser, and how it affects not just you, but also the people around you.
So stop tip-toeing and walking around eggshells, and start living in your truest self.
It doesn’t matter how nice you are. You, my darling, are the villain in someone else’s story.”
This episode explores:
❤️🔥 Being the truest version of yourself.
❤️🔥 Accepting that you cannot please everyone.
❤️🔥 Realizing the importance of self-worth.
“You are responsible for yourself, and that responsibility extends to how you treat yourself and how you allow yourself to be treated.”
Here are some of the highlights of Episode 14:
