Today Dan is sharing about the importance and how to's of encouraging a growth mindset in our kids!  A growth mindset is a mental attitude that determines how we interpret and respond to things like challenges, obstacles, effort, criticism and the success of others.  Do we have failure resistance?  Why is it SO important to encourage a growth mindset in our kids AND ourselves?
