On this Monday, Mary FioRito is back with us again and after being away for personal reasons, she is back with us today and is honored to be on the show and talking about a revolutionary, special, and inspirational program called The Truth and Life Audio Bible, created and founded by Mike Stark who joins us on the show a bit later, due to Chicago traffic because of an accident on the Kennedy Expressway.  However, to start off the show, Mary first talks about the Feast Day of St. Augustine of Hippo, since today is his Feast Day and shares some history on that.  While waiting for Mike Stark to arrive, Mary plays some samples from the Truth and Life Audio Bible for all to hear and to get an idea what kind of program it is, with readings from Masses today Matthew 23 15-22 (this specifically shared today since it's be used/read in masses today) and John 15 12-17.  When Mike Stark arrives, a bit after the first break, he and Mary discuss the program and show, with how many actors and actresses have lent their voices to ready many of the readings for all to hear and history behind the creation of the Truth and Life Audio Bible, some that involves actor and director Mel Gibson, and what also helped inspire this, Mel Gibson's controversial, yet successful film: The Passion of the Christ.  To find out more on Mary and Mike Stark, as well as if you want to download this remarkable and inspiring app, visit online at the following:
