Many of us his children felt our very survival threatened and as a result we have grown up as angry adults.

I thought I was a helpless victim to my own anger not realizing that I could “master the gap.“

There is a gap between an action in your reaction and if you can learn to choose a new reaction you can change your life.

Recognizing the gap is the hard part but once you do you’ll find that you have ample opportunities to make new and better choices.
