He shares how they are connecting community members to endless opportunities to fulfil their potential for economic and social participation according to their needs. The guest speaker will also talk about how they are supporting job seekers in their local communities who are struggling with the impact of unemployment, to find the information, advice, and additional support they need. The guest speaker said their services are inclusive for everyone. He will also talk that their program is using the holistic approach to the development of skills, assets, opportunities, and capabilities to learn, work and engage the community members with the diverse range of services within Victoria to make connections.

He says this program is easy to access and they tried to help the people to find jobs and upgrade their skills by connecting them with a diverse range of mainstream services. He also shares how people can approach them and how they support resolving their underlying problems before finding long-term jobs. The guest speaker has mentioned they are delivering groups sessions at many places like libraries, shopping centers, and giving client-based consultation as well depending on the need of the person. These services are accessible for all including people with disability.
