Most people can be very impacted at times by what they think other people are thinking about them; Indeed, the opinions of others are an important dimension of living in community. They can be a very necessary way in which we receive guidance, critique or even discipline. But opinions need to be filtered and weighed, not taken at face value: Ultimately, we need to test them with our heavenly Father. Jamie explores this pastoral topic, offering some reflections of how we might cultivate a place of intimate, honest self reflection as part of our relationship with God.
