Gabriela dives into the episode by sharing how therapy and medication are a part of a self-care practice as a witch, not against it, before sharing modalities and practices for listeners to try at home like: cleansing with smoke and crystals, taking cleansing baths for the Full and New Moon, how to ground and shield, how to begin a meditation practice, working with affirmations and journaling, and more.
