I'd like to give you the tools to have an incredible life and have ways to turn it around when you are feeling low. But let's face it, even I can't help you if you don't want to help yourself. Sometimes as empaths, we think that we can help everybody, but if the person we are trying to help is not willing to receive help or transformation, nothing will change. Mr. Owl showed up last week again, and he brought incredible wisdom for me around believing in myself, especially right now when I'm making changes in my life and business. It made me reflect on what my life could have been if my family...

Mr. Owl showed up last week again, and he brought incredible wisdom for me around believing in myself, especially right now when I'm making changes in my life and business. It made me reflect on what my life could have been if my family had believed in me. And I know a lot of you can relate to that.

But the thing is, our lives get to be as impressive as we want them to be if we can learn how to have a dialogue with it and the Universe. It can be through our guides, or journaling, or praying. If you're on a path right where you're really challenging yourself, you're really changing, and you're really transforming, get into dialogue with yourself. If you're looking to grow and expand, get into dialogue with your inner being. Put your hands on your heart, breathe into your heart even if you don't know what it is you're looking for, and then connect with the Universe. The Universe will respond.
