Episode 60: Hey Guys, it’s Nicole! - ”Do You Really Know Yourself?”

In this episode, Emma, Tanika, and I sit down with our friend Nicole, whose journey of self-discovery and intentional living is nothing short of inspiring.

After taking the time to invest in herself and understand her inner world, Nicole stepped back into dating with clarity, exploring vulnerability, purpose, and preparation instead of jumping into another cycle. She opens up about her childhood, upbringing, and the resilience she’s built along the way.

We talk about her purposeful approach to dating, how she sets intentional questions, curates connection, and designs experiences that foster genuine bond right from the start. It’s vulnerable, strategic, and rooted in deep self-love.

Nicole is also part of 20 Hours for 20Talk, a nationwide silent-reflection event supporting youth mental health. For 20 hours, participants sit in silence, no phones, no talking, to raise funds and awareness, modelling radical self-awareness and emotional resilience. In 2025, the goal is a national movement across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, with the aim to raise $1 million to support mental health scholarships and tools for young people.
