They start off the show with the usual banter, catch up with each other, and play some strange version of Name That Tune before jumping into some NWA talk before turning our attention to Impact Wrestling, and the monthly Impact Plus Special Sacrifice. They go over the card, the title changes, and what it means for Impact going forward

We cover the recent episode of ROH TV before being joined by Foundation Member Hot Sauce Tracy Williams to discuss the ROH Bubble, what keeps ROH at the top of the wrestling pecking order, double duty at the 19th Anniversary PPV and much more.

After the break its AEW talk, Tony has soured on the product and we try and figure out why.

Then its on to Monday Night Raw, and the WWE world. We go down some strange rabbit holes but have a ton of fun conversations including the Shane McMahon match at Mania, the seating capacity at Raymond James Stadium, and jousting with steps.

We jump into NXT, the NXT Women’s Tag Champs, Stand & Deliver, Jordan Devlin, Toni Storm, Finn Balor and Heavy Metal Kyle O Reilly.

We hit the MLW Fusion world, lots to talk about here from the show.

And we end with the New Japan Cup and some New Japan Strong talk.
