#IYP Episode 71 - Ignite Your Purpose

This phrase is mentioned on almost every show "self awareness" but its not somethng we can grab from the local supermarket or download the lastest self-awareness app. Its a skill that is learnt, practised and then used each and every day. Somedays we float through 24 hours not being aware at all, others are completely on point whilst we are present.

Max and I touch on a couple of basics, the baby steps into self awareness, some skills, drills or hooks to help you learn to be aware of yoru own thoughts, processes and actions, towards youself and towards others.

Max is 10 years in and falls often, I'm a baby in the awareness game and have to be really conscious about the practise.

Its about learning and growing each and every day, like we said yesterday its about the journey not the end result so much.
