Today, I was so excited to down with another everyday hero, Barry Schafer, who is an entrepreneur, expert in the ophthalmology sales industry, in particular with start-ups. Most importantly, he is married to his beautiful wife, Kelly for 41 years and has 2 adult children, Steven and Laura. He lives just outside of Sacramento, California. 

In our conversation, Barry shares why he decided to join and be a part of our first ever Elevate Up Tribe (Coaching Group), where we recently backpacked in the wilderness with 2 other leaders over a 5-day stretch. Barry shares how he got the nickname, “The Ranger,” and how returning to the wilderness is like returning “home” to him! He is a fish in the water, just happy as a can be in this epic adventure as we unpack some of the key takeaways from our time together!
