First and foremost, building rapport is key. You'll always show up for someone you know, like, and trust, so take the time to build a connection with your prospects.
Next, sell the appointment, not the service. Identify the problems your prospects are facing and show them how the appointment is the solution.
Avoid solving problems over DM or SMS. Articulate your prospect's problem and schedule the appointment to discuss the solution in person.
