I recorded this episode completely off the cuff because I feel like this topic is too pertinent not to cover. Even if you are one of the rare unicorns who have evaded social media, my guess is that undoubtedly your spouse or your kids are on it. Social media is affecting everything from our confidence to our kids’ anxiety, to the state of the world. It’s the powerful force we never saw coming.
