Young and the Restless sees Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) has cooked up a shocking plan to eliminate her great aunt Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk), which involves an unexpected twist. Claire tells Jordan she's willing to kill her mother, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and her grandmother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is left dumbfounded. The plot to take down Jordan is part of a larger discussion between Victoria and Nikki, as they grapple with the dark turn Claire's childhood has taken on the CBS soap opera. 

Young and Restless sees Claire attempts to convince Jordan that she would inherit a significant amount of money if Victoria dies. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), known as "The Mustache," learns of Claire's plans and takes swift action to protect his family. With a trap set for Jordan, there's a possibility that Victor may agree with Claire that Jordan poses a significant threat. Victor, Nikki, and Victoria are faced with the repercussions of their actions, and the potential danger they've put themselves in.
