Bible Study - Elijah and Elisha (9) - Art Thou He That Troubleth Israel

7/21/21 - Elijah, the man God had kept hidden for three and a half years, meets with Ahab. Ahab the king blames Elijah for the famine and trouble Israel has faced, overlooking Ahab and Jezebel's rebellion towards God.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
