38. Abigail Bergman, Extreme Swimmer - Swimming the English Channel, Short

Today's guest is an incredible athlete and swimmer. She has accomplished two crazy distances in open water. Last year she swam the 20+ miles Catalina Channel and she just got back from Europe after swimming the 21 mile English Channel in 13 hours and 15 minutes. She grew up swimming in Culver City, California and works as an ocean lifeguard for the City of Los Angeles in the summers when she's off from her studies at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts studying neuroscience, exercise and sports studies. Her name is Abigail Bergman.
