Mother talks about what the liturgical "Living a Liturgical Life” looks like for Benedictine contemplative nuns at the monastery, and what lay people can do to incorporate the liturgy into their own lives.

Following a tradition dating to the Middle Ages, they are a twin community with a monastery of Benedictine monks at St. Mary’s Monastery in Petersham, Massachusetts.
