Kevin Shinn Encore and Announcement

Kevin Shinn owner of a now closed restaurant called Bread & Cup that was in Lincoln Nebraska and author of a book of the same name. Coming this spring Kevin will open up The Portico which is Chef Shinn’s “private one-table-per-night, as Kevin refers to it, “micro restaurant”.  I am thankful for the knowledge and conversation that Kevin provided me.
