What does accountability mean to you?

It's a word that gets tossed around a lot. Accountability partners. Accountability coaches. Accountability groups. We can be accountable to ourselves, to others, to a higher power. There can be a lack of accountability. And we can be held accountable.

But what does it actually mean? I asked Jennifer Pointer, Dr Cole Galloway and Nicole Anderson what they thought about accountability. We were able to touch on a surprising number of angles in just ten minutes.
