Jason Parker, Co-Founder and President of Copperworks Distillery Company in Seattle WA, returns to the podcast but this time has the wonderful Jeff Kanof, Vice President & Co-Owner, in tow. The two get Joshua and Jason caught up on all that's happening with their distillery but share news, too, on the status of a new category within the US: American Single Malt.
