Bryan Sutherland joins the podcast to discuss and reflect on his career as an athletic director (West Salem High School) and longtime assistant coach (South Salem High School). Sutherland deep dives into the lessons he learned as a young coach, his experiences as an athletic director, and the various community leadership roles he serves to support high school athletes.
