I found myself again in the parking lot of a inpatient treatment center with some raw emotions. I share them today as our daughter has had a set back and needed more help.
This disorder and addiction journey is long and hard. I have learned so much about the roller coaster of emotions. Although this set back had me mad and frustrated, I was able to reflect and get back an track much more quickly because of the work I have done.
It's SO important to do the work!
Then I reflect on my Start, Stop and Continue for 2023. Do you do this practice.
This is an episode from the past about the practice. Would love to have you share how you reflect on the year to come.
