“Omnishambles”: 2021’s Word of the Year?

There’s always a bit of a fun game that comes toward the end of the year, with the selection of a Word of the Year. Previous years have highlighted words like “doomscrolling” or “fake news” or “Brexit” – words that really call out ideas, insights or themes that defined that year. Looking back at 2021, what will you be nominating?

As we’re inching towards the close of 2021, let’s have a bit of fun and reflect somewhat on what word our Org-ology friends might designate as the word that best describes 2021.
