#45 Noticing The Thoughts Of ’I Must Do Better Next Time’ When It Comes To The Holiday Breaks

It can be easy for the thoughts to drop in of, 'I must do more', 'I must be busy', 'I must try harder', and the holiday breaks can be one time in particular that we can notice it. I wanted to share my day, noticing a thought, and some important reminder that came about slowing down and embracing the simple moments.
