Morning Report 30 Jan 19: US stocks mixed ahead of Apple earnings

The Dow Jones improved thanks to better earnings from Pfizer and 3M while Caterpillar bounced back (partly) from Monday’s near 10% slide post earnings. UK’s Brexit vote is held today, US-China trade talks take place while a number of technology stocks will post earnings this week.
