WHY-NI? Laura McClean - Synechron

On todays episode, we met with Laura McClean, Director and Site Lead for Synechron's Belfast team. Synechron is a global FinTech consultancy with over 14,000 employees worldwide. Laura talks to us about Synecrhon's journey to-date while giving us some insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with building a tech tech in NI, the 2023 goals for her new team in NI, while also talking to us about some of the topics important to her such as equity, equality and inclusion in the workplace.
