Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." Clearly it is the Lord's will that His people live in not just peace, but in His peace that only comes from Him, in spite of the circumstances of this life. Clearly it is the Lord's will that His people live in not just peace, but in His peace that only comes from Him, in spite of the circumstances of this life.

In John 16:33 (AMPC), Jesus also said, "I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]"

Lets learn to live in His peace so we are not living in distress and frustration, but confident of Who He is and His love and care for us.
