It's another day in paradise until someone walks up and kills your vibe with a list of park rules that must be strictly followed.  That's exactly what Victor experienced during his most recent trip to Venice Beach. Nothing a little brushing of the shoulder can't handle.  Also, Rix is finally moving to the East Coast! What better way to begin a new chapter in life than to reflect on the people in his life who've brought him to where he is today.
