Market Close 19 Mar 18: Local shares off to a choppy start but manages to close higher

The ASX 200 has closed higher for a second consecutive session following a choppy day of trade Monday. The index finished 10 points or 0.2% higher after being down at lunch. Energy stocks were the biggest gainers with financials weighing
