Calling yourself an insomnia can signal that you have resigned and accepted insomnia as part of your personality. Often this occurs after years of fruitless attempts at sleeping better. As long as there is CBTi there is hope. And as thinking of yourself as a hopeless case can sabotage your efforts at getting good sleep, you should abandon this perception of who you are.
