Bolivar Pond rescue by Town Pool Lifeguards on July 25, 2021

Two Town Pool lifeguards were told a person fishing at near-by Bolivar Pond was in trouble. An older gentlemen's arm was stuck under his flipped Kayak with his boots rapidly filling with water, his vest heavy with fishing gear.
