Mid-Session 19 Dec 18: Energy & Healthcare stocks the biggest decliners

The ASX 200 is down 0.3% in early trade, with Energy, Healthcare and Utilities the worst performers. The Financial sector is the lone improver, after APRA removed lending restrictions on interest-only loans.
