The first week of July is officially International Sparkling Week. I never need a reason to pop a bottle of sparkling, but when it’s a wine holiday, it gives me an extra reason! I can honestly say that he makes my favorite bubbles in town. I am always recommending people to head to Steinbeck and ask for Bryan’s bubbles. I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. Bryan is such a great wealth of knowledge and his passion shines through.
