Does God Play Fair?

Is there a difference between God being over all things and God determining all things? If God takes away someone’s ability to choose, how does God hold them responsible for their choices? Does God choose some people for salvation and others for destruction?

God does not force people into a spirit of rejection, but He does force people into a place of decision.
