Molly is a registered dietitian and has a diverse background when it comes to nutrition. She wrote three books providing secrets to a healthy diet along with over a hundred recipes for meals and smoothies. In addition, Molly is a sports dietitian and for more than a decade has worked with professional athletes. She also specializes in corporate wellness, explaining the importance of companies supporting a healthy workplace. Then, we discuss topics such as intermittent fasting, the benefits of a plant-based diet, what to cook at home for children, sugar, alcohol and much more. Molly gives us a glimpse into her personal regimen along with her passion for her family, running, drawing and piano.
