Challenges in life are just opportunities for success. So if it leads to success, why do so many not go at challenges head on?? Typically because it is difficult and people like the easy and familiar path. If you face challenges there are usually two outcomes, failure and success.
But here is the thing, failure is not a bad thing. You learn so much when you fail. What worked and what didn't work. How to do it differently next time.
Look at the stories of these super successful people:
- Walt Disney got fired from his newspaper job because he "lacked imagination."
- J.K. Rowling lived on welfare to get by and her book was rejected by all major publishers
- Stephen King had his first novel rejected 30 times before it was published
- Thomas Edison didn't invent the lightbulb with the first try
Sooo do not be afraid going after those challenges that come into your life. You will develop character & you could grow.
