Mark discusses the challenges of growing a business and family throughout the 90s and trying to balance both. He also discusses exit planning and mentoring his successor who also happened to be his son and the challenges that came with that. How to set solid expectations for both his son and himself and to encourage his son to grow based on his strengths and not necessarily exactly the way Mark grew.

Mark also talks about his faith and how God led him throughout his career. How he had to listen to the call of God especially in times of greatest success. Mark has been a great contributor in mentorship and leadership to the Wichita community his whole career.
