Interview Sinn Fein MEP Liadh Ni Riada on incentivising fishermen to collect marine litter

EuroParlRadio's Eamonn Torsney talks to the Sinn Fein MEP Liadh Ni Riada on her views that fishermen need to be incentivised to collect marine litter while they’re out at sea. Her comments follow new proposals by the European Commission to ban single use plastic products such as cotton buds and plastic plates and straws by 2021. The interview took place in the European Parliament in Strasbourg last week.
