While visiting the Ultimate Fishing Show in Novi over the weekend, we met Chef Milos Cihelka. Chef Milos is a well known chef from the Detroit area that is also an avid hunter and angler. His book "Cooking Wild Game and Fish With Chef Milos Cihelka" is an in depth look at not only hundreds of recipes but some great instruction on how to handle and process your game.
