Can Jordan Peterson’s Church Goal be the same as Bishop Barron’s Right Praise?

Second dive into the Peterson/Barron conversation. JBP criticizes the church for failing to hold forth a noble goal for people to follow. Bishop Barron jumps in with "right praise". At first I didn't see the connection but later I did. Can this work to address the church's decline? What's getting in the way?
