The New You - Week 3 - Serving and Suffering

“They are new believers in the city of Colossae who have been led to Jesus by Paul’s companion Epaphras. He wants their new but fragile faith to continue to grow and produce spiritual fruit. There’s an important detail we’ll be looking at today that is vital to understanding the words of this letter. It has to do with where Paul is when he writes. He’s in prison and he’s there because of his work in spreading the Good News about Jesus. These are words from someone who is suffering as he serves.
