Nancy Pelosi in SF for Feinstein’s funeral evicted from Capitol office by temp Speaker - 10-04-23

In a display of extreme rudeness and an utter lack of sympathy, last night, acting Speaker Patrick McHenry ordered former Speaker Nancy Pelosi to get out of her Capitol office by today. McHenry wants the room for himself and is having the door rekeyed! Pelosi is in San Francisco for the funeral of her friend, the late Senator Dianne Feinstein. She had to ask Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries staff to help her staff clear everything out. She called the move a sharp departure from tradition.
