Market Close 4 Feb 22: Market snaps 3-week losing streak

The Australian sharemarket rose by 0.6% on Friday, gaining momentum in late trade to finish at an intraday high. The ASX 200 also rose by close to 2% this week, ending a three-week losing streak despite heavy losses across US markets last night.
